Shobha Chi Rasoi is a home kitchen in Malad East, Mumbai. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to take your order and run this website, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you place an order, leave feedback, or send a query, you may share your name, phone number, delivery address, and message. We use these only to prepare and deliver your order and to reply to you. Order details are sent to us over WhatsApp and recorded in a private Google Sheet we use to manage orders.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view, and roughly which city they are in (for example, how many visitors are from Mumbai). This uses cookies and an approximate, anonymised location derived from your connection - it does not identify you personally, and we do not store your IP address.
Stored in your browser only
Your cart items, saved delivery address, and language choice are stored in your own browser (local storage). They stay on your device, are never sent to us until you actively check out, and you can clear them anytime by clearing your browser data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is only handled by the services we use to run the business: WhatsApp/Meta (to receive your order), Google (Sheets to store orders, Analytics to measure traffic), and Cloudflare (to host the website). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
The only cookies we set are for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work normally.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete the information you have shared with us (for example, your order details). Just message us and we will help.
