A winter staple in Maharashtrian homes, Dink-Methi laddoos combine edible gum (dink) with fenugreek (methi) - traditionally given to new mothers and anyone needing extra strength and warmth through cold months. Ours are slow-roasted in pure ghee with cashew, almond, coconut and dried dates, then sweetened only with jaggery. No refined sugar, no preservatives, made in small batches every week.
